How We Work

To get to know us a little better, here’s ten things that might help you understand how we work:

  1. We are all about potential – finding it, developing it and making the best of it so that we can truly build careers and brands for our clients for years to come;
  2. It’s personal – it has to be. We are about creating specific opportunities that make the most of the individuals we represent. We want to grow their brands and enhance their lives and to do that, we need to know our talent intimately, what they do well, what makes them tick and how they need to develop;
  3. Integrity is key – if it’s not right for our client, it’s not right – no matter how lucrative it might be;
  4. We don’t say no – we say let’s find a way to make it work;
  5. We believe in partnerships – working together with talent and clients to achieve outstanding outcomes;
  6. We’re local and we support local talent – we believe in the amazing talent Australia has to offer;
  7. We only represent experts – individuals who are trained in what they do, credible and at the forefront of their chosen field;
  8. We don’t talk about luck – we focus on hard work and planning and we do it and do it again until we get it right and we achieve what we set out to;
  9. It’s ok to have fun – in fact, we encourage it. We like a laugh and we like it loud and we don’t take ourselves too seriously;
  10. We love what we do – we’re passionate about the business we’re in and it shows.

If you are looking for representation, or want to connect with our talent, give us a call. Let’s see where the opportunity might take us.
