Meet The Team

Simone Landes - Founder & Director, The Lifestyle Suite & The Academy by The Lifestyle Suite

The Lifestyle Suite’s Director, Simone Landes, has more than 15 years experience in talent management across diverse industry groups.

Prior to starting The Lifestyle Suite, (formerly known as SLTM), Simone was a Director at Macquarie Bank, working as a senior member of their Talent Acquisition and Talent Management teams.

Since starting the business in 2013 as a specialist agency representing experts in the verticals of health and lifestyle, Simone has gone on to grow additional arms to the business including content creation – focused on creating short form health and lifestyle content, and corporate wellbeing – focused on delivering program responses for the corporate market.

If I’m not at my desk you’ll find me… travelling around the Med (or in reality, around the corner, about to get back to my desk).

Alice Koch - Operations Manager, The Lifestyle Suite

Alice is our Operations Manager, a “jill-of-all-trades” she works across the TLS businesses to ensure the ship is moving in the right direction and the team is supported and able to perform at their best. Alice has significant experience in Senior Commercial and Accounting roles for large Corporate organisations.

Prior to joining The Lifestyle Suite Alice worked at Qantas where she held Management positions in a diverse range of roles including Finance, Digital, Aircraft Scheduling and International Airline Alliances. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Adelaide and has CPA and Securities Institute Post Graduate qualifications. Having spent most of her career in male dominated roles, Alice has a passion for supporting women to reach their full potential in their life and career.

If I’m not at my desk you will find me dining at some fabulous restaurant or cooking up a delicious (I hope) meal to share with family and friends.

Maddie Kiel - Talent Agent, The Lifestyle Suite & Program Manager, The Academy by The Lifestyle Suite

Working directly with Simone on the talent and expert side of the business, Maddie has a range of experience across public relations, corporate communications and client and talent management.

Maddie joined The Lifestyle Suite following a two-year stint at the global executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles, providing leadership consulting and advisory services, including talent management, culture shaping and M&A effectiveness.

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Maddie worked at Lendlease for four years in the Group Corporate Affairs team, in multi-faceted roles responsible for all aspects of Lendlease’s global media relations, internal communications, government relations, marketing, social media, brand and crisis communications.

Maddie holds a Bachelor of Media, Communications & Journalism from the University of New South Wales, and with her passion for health, sport and lifestyle, brings a wealth of experience to The Lifestyle Suite.

If I’m not at my desk you’ll find me… at the beach or at an AFL game.

Laura Cook - Content Coordinator, TLS Creative

Laura is our Content Coordinator and our go-to-girl for all things TLS Creative. Always a step ahead of the game, she is integral to the success of the business and works with our production team to generate incredible content for our clients.

Laura is currently completing her Bachelor of Media (PR and Advertising) at the University of New South Wales, and during her time at TLS she has cemented her passion for all things content & social media – she also runs our social channels.

If I’m not at my desk you’ll find me… studying & evaluating a winery (VERY thoroughly).

Joseph dela Masa - Administration Assistant

Joseph is our admin go-to. He may be working remotely but he is an integral part of the Operations team providing support across the business. Whether it be assisting Maddie on Talent and The Academy or supporting Alice in Finance and Business Operations he always “zooms in” with a can-do attitude.   

Joseph has worked as an Executive Assistant for several Australian companies prior to joining The Lifestyle Suite.  

If I’m not at my desk you’ll find me… at home, watching movies and TV series from different streaming channels.”

Casey Beros - Freelance Producer & Content Creator

Casey is a health journalist, producer and presenter and has been in the media industry for 15 years.

She spent six years at Tonic Health Media and its predecessor, GSB, producing and reporting for Tonic on the ABC and more recently hosting Channel 10’s Everyday Health as well as writing for a range of Australia’s leading publications.

With a Bachelors degree in Journalism and currently completing her Masters in Public Health, not only is she represented at TLS as talent, she also supports the production of content across TLS Creative, leveraging her ability to communicate complex health information in engaging and evidence-based ways.

Her passion is curating and communicating health information that makes a difference to people’s lives, a skill she brings to the clients we work with here at TLS.

If I’m not at my desk you’ll find me… sourcing and consuming all sorts of snacks. I don’t discriminate, with a mixture of savoury and sweet always high on rotation.

Trudie McConnochie -Senior Writer, TLS Creative

With more than 15 years of experience in journalism, Trudie has nailed the art of crafting a story that hooks in readers and delivers key messages in a targeted way. Trudie, who holds a Bachelors degree in Journalism, has worked at New Idea, Woman’s Day, The Australian Women’s Weekly and Women’s Health magazine – the latter being where she first discovered her passion for health and wellbeing content. Having worked extensively as a writer and copy editor, she has a reputation for grammatical precision, and her stories regularly feature in Good Health & Wellbeing magazine.

In an age where false information is so prolific, and our collective attention spans have decreased, Trudie is dedicated to delivering relevant, well-researched and accurate health information that cuts through the noise.

If I’m not at my desk you’ll find me… at home, absorbed in a novel, or at the library, gathering more books to read.
