I am a morning person which has two distinct advantages – firstly research shows that morning people live longer than night owls, and secondly I work in breakfast television so that totally works. I am not the person you want to go clubbing with, I’ll be asleep in my cosmopolitan by 10.30! I start with coffee made by Daniel, my husband, and tea made by me. Rinse and repeat until I am human. After cleansing in the morning I ALWAYS slap on my ESK Reverse C Serum followed by the amazing ESK Zinc Shade day cream, then I run off to the Channel 7 studios for a spot of filming or just head directly to my surgery.
WHAT HOBBY HAVE YOU ALWAYS WANTED TO GET INTO?
Fantasy me has a plethora of fascinating hobbies: Spanish lessons, salsa dancing, Taiwanese fusion cooking, potpourri making. Reality me listens to endless podcasts while doing housework. Don’t be too jealous!

Now here I put my foot down. Travel is my greatest love – I can’t choose one. There are so many I have already done and loved, and so many more I can’t wait to explore. Best so far: Morocco, Israel and Iceland. In the future I can’t wait to go to Costa Rica, Iran, Scotland…
IF SOMEONE WAS TO PLAY YOU IN A MOVIE, WHO WOULD IT BE?
Well that would be a D-grade fail of a boring movie. No actor worth their salt would touch the screenplay. So a poorly paid wannabe actor who will take on any role just to say they’re in a movie. I haven’t heard of him or her. They have seven Instagram followers.
WHAT DO YOU THINK IS THE ONE THING EVERYONE COULD DO A BETTER JOB OF WHEN IT COMES TO THEIR HEALTH? Probably no one size fits all. But MANY of us are too sedentary, don’t eat enough veggies, don’t get enough quality sleep and don’t spend enough time mindfully enjoying the world around us.
