The Jodi Lee Foundation is asking you to ‘Trust Your Gut’ this February with a series of workshops in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide, featuring our very own Dr Ginni Mansberg and Casey Beros who will be hosting the event as well as dietitian Themis Chryssidis and nutritionist Sally Joseph. The panel will discuss the importance of ‘trusting your gut’ when it comes to bowel health.
A staggering 65% of us will experience uncomfortable gut symptoms – such as bloating, cramping, gas or unexplained tiredness – yet few of us will do anything about it. In many cases however, the ‘gut feeling’ that something isn’t right is worth trusting. So if you’re feeling bloated, tired, gassy, have unexplained changes in bowel habits, or you simply want some advice on how to lead a healthier life, this event is for you.
The Trust Your Gut Roadshow runs in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Adelaide from 20 – 23 February.Tickets to these inspiring and interactive sessions are only $25 and on sale HERE or from EventBrite.
